Return Policy

We want you to be happy with what you order. If something is not right, please reach out and we'll make it right.

30-day return window

Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Items that cannot be returned

For safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once shipped:

• Opened wound-care products (gauze, dressings, saline, tape, antiseptic wipes).
• Opened or used lancets, sharps containers, alcohol prep pads, syringes.
• Opened consumables (tea, electrolyte packets, supplements, glucose tablets).
• Personal-care items where the seal has been broken.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, email hello@diabeticsupplyshop.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it.

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. We'll send instructions and (when applicable) a return label.
3. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
